We got a room with a bath. It had a big bathroom and central heating and a work desk. All of the staff members were incredibly nice and amicable😀👍

The room was great, the bed was super cozy and I had plenty of space. 👌 the bathroom was also really nice.

food in the restuarant was first class and good value for money. Staff spoke english and were friendly and pleasant, but not able to help much with our questions such as opening times of local sites. Few leaflets available at the hotel.

During our stay the television had only one channel and that was , of course Spanish. We asked three times if someone could help, to no avail. By late afternoon the bath water was tepid.We left the hotel after four days.

The hotel was clean and we were well received by the personal.

The breakfast is included but is very basic and some effort in giving better quality products would be much appreciated from the customers.

Spacious rooms with own bathroom, good breakfast for a reasonable price. Free parking and peaceful location next to main road. Comfy beds, clean, and easy access to nearby attractions. Helpful staff and convenient transportation options.

Totally disappointing. We booked an expensive "apartment" because they claimed our two small kids wouldn't fit in a double room with extra bed, and it turned out to correspond to two joined rooms with one bathroom - no kitchen, no air conditioning, and very noisy. The overall quality was that of a Youth Hostel with the price of a three stars hotel. Breakfast was lousy: muggy cheese, low budget ham, industrial toast break, undrinkable coffee and undefinable sort of juice.

Very poor “buffet” breakfast, ( no tea, hotwater, muesli, yoghurt, wholemeal bread or rolls etc)

This hotel offered plenty of space and was really quiet, complete with its own bathroom. the location in the mountains was absolutely stunning and perfect for a getaway! 🏔️.

the property's location is comfy, close to the ferry to england and the nearest restaurant and mundaka and all the other towns of the bay. and it's by mape.

The location here is marvelous, being close to a restaurant and offering beautiful garden views, the staff is really kind, and the twin room is quiet and comfortable.

The hotel is fairly clean, with HELPFUL personal, and offers particularly good location close to Mundaka and all the other towns of the bay, the ferry to England the following day and the nearest restaurant. The venue has a great bar. There are reasonable prices in the property.

Conveniently located near other towns in the area 😊. the beach, Playa de Kanala, is just 4 miles away from here.

I loved the rooms at Hotel Ibaigune! They were so cozy and comfortable, with a private bathroom that had a nice bathtub and free toiletries. The views of the mountains from certain units were amazing, and the free WiFi was a great bonus. It felt like a home away from home, perfect for a relaxed vacation.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the shower/tub combinations with deep soaking bathtubs in the bathrooms. But hey, that's just my preference!

We got great value for our money at Hotel Ibaigune. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful view of the mountains from the big terrace. The location was perfect for us, surrounded by lovely areas and with spacious parking. The staff at the hotel, especially the friendly and helpful receptionist, made our stay even better.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety and quality options.
